"State of the art" prenatal diagnosis is a complicated, sophisticated diagnostic process, which starts with ultrasound findings, involves other imaging  modalities and genetic testing, as well as multidisciplinary consultations. The aim is to give parents accurate information about the severity of fetal pathology and its prognosis.

Good professional performance needs not only high-quality imaging but deep understanding of underlying pathology, its prenatal evolution and postnatal outcome. Some anomalies are more common and easy to find, others are rare or manifest later in pregnancy. The latter are more often missed or misdiagnosed.

This year the Course on Fetal Imaging&Beyond  will addressed our ability for early prenatal diagnosis, including US visualization and genetic testing. Our speakers will update your knowledge on less common fetal pathology – such as genital, anorectal, skeletal malformations. Fetal tumors will be discussed from different diagnostic and clinical perspectives. We will explore fetal chest – features of common congenital malformations and prenatal interventions.

This course is dedicated to Ob&Gyn doctors, specialists in prenatal diagnosis and fetal medicine, sonographers, radiologists, and others interested in fetal ultrasound.

To Review Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Anorectal malformations
To Upgrade Your Knowledge About Fetal Genital Malformations, Their Role, And Diagnostic Algorithms
To Review the Spectrum Of Fetal Tumors, Use of different visualization modalities and what happens after prenatal diagnosis
To Learn Approaches to Prenatal Evaluation of Fetal Chest Malformations and Variants Of Prenatal interventions
To Know To Diagnosis Of common and rare Skeletal Anomalies
To get to correct diagnosis in complicated cases

The course is divided into five sessions.

During the 1st session diagnostic potential of 1st trimester will be addressed: feasibility of congenital anomalies’ diagnosis by US as well as the choice of invasive procedures/the use of NIPT.

The 2nd session will be devoted to anomalies of fetal pelvic organs: sexual disorders, anorectal malformations and fetal hydrometrocolpos.

The 3rd session will be dedicated to fetal tumors: how they are seen by ultrasound and by MRI, and how to plan delivery and postpartum care.

During session 4 fetal chest anomalies will be presented – detailed anatomical evaluation and prenatal interventions. At the end of the Course, we will talk about common and rare skeletal malformations and discuss complicated cases.

Welcome to use the opportunity to learn from experts in the field and stay ahead of the curve!
