Sessions on normal gynecological scan, adnexal masses, endometriosis, and ovarian cancer including live scans
Practical approach for scanning adnexal masses using benign descriptors and ADNEX model
Tips for scanning patients with suspected endometriosis (+IDEA), including atypical and superficial endometriomas, deep anterior and posterior disease, and malignancy risk
Ultrasound-based evaluation and staging of suspected ovarian cancer, including transvaginal and abdominal scanning for management decisions
Emergency gynecology: ectopic pregnancy, adnexal torsion, ruptured ovary, and non-gynecological pelvic masses
Evaluation of the uterus: typical and atypical fibroids, adenomyosis, and management of asymptomatic thickened endometrium and polyps
Adnexal masses: common ovarian lesions, pathology in pregnancy, incidental findings, and AI-assisted ultrasound in daily practice
Educational Goals:
  • To understand the principles of standardized gynecological ultrasound examination, including transvaginal, transabdominal, and basic 3D scanning.
  • To understand the clinical application of 3D ultrasound in the assessment of uterine anatomy and uterine malformations.
