We are pleased to invite you to the 10th Annual Virtual Conference on Recurrent Pregnancy Loss and Human Reproduction, taking place on 25–26 September 2026.
For its 10th edition, the conference brings together leading international experts in recurrent pregnancy loss, reproductive medicine, fertility, immunology, endocrinology and early pregnancy care to discuss the latest evidence and the clinical questions that remain challenging in everyday practice.
The program goes beyond established approaches to RPL and focuses on areas where evidence is evolving and clinical decisions are often complex: diagnostic strategies and risk prediction, thyroid disease, ovarian stimulation, adenomyosis and uterine factors, endometrial receptivity, reproductive immunology, microbiome, treatment options and patient-centred care after pregnancy loss.
Across two days of live sessions, the faculty will present current evidence, discuss areas of uncertainty and share perspectives on how emerging research may translate into clinical practice.

The conference is designed for doctors involved in the care of women with recurrent pregnancy loss, from the initial consultation and diagnostic assessment to specialist referral and further management. It is relevant to obstetricians and gynecologists, fertility and reproductive medicine specialists, family doctors, general practitioners, sonographers, geneticists, and other healthcare professionals who may encounter patients with RPL in clinical practice

The conference provides an opportunity to learn from international experts about the latest evidence and clinical approaches in recurrent pregnancy loss, fertility, IVF, ART, reproductology, and human reproduction. The program covers RPL diagnosis and risk prediction, thyroid disorders and recurrent miscarriage, ovarian stimulation and endocrine monitoring, adenomyosis and uterine factors in IVF, endometrial receptivity and progesterone responsiveness, reproductive immunology and inflammation, including KIR/HLA and euploid pregnancy loss, as well as treatment strategies such as IVIG and Tacrolimus. Participants will also explore the role of the reproductive microbiome, early pregnancy loss, and patient-centred and trauma-informed care, with insights into current research and clinical practice
